Hello! I'm Kai. I've been visiting websites like Reddit's cscareerquestions to help find ways to improve my resume visibility. I graduated from New York University with a degree in business with a minor in computer science and am now a full time software engineer. Throughout the jobs I've held, a part of my job involves picking resumes and interviewing candidates. From my experience at a 4 person startup to a 500 person company, I've noticed that candidates sometimes don't have the right keywords to make it to the next stage.

I know many of you have taken resume writing 101 classes at your university, but those classes only taught the basics such as formatting. My goal with this project is to share my insights and tricks I've learned as both an applicant and a recruiter in terms of how a candidate can actually write meaningful content that will catch a recruiter's eye.
